Dr Arun is always on hand to talk you through each of the treatments we offer and answer any questions you may have.
Dr Karwal graduated from the Medical University of Lublin in 2017.
Since then, he has worked in several hospitals in London as part of the Imperial College Deanery.
His primary focus of NHS work is Accident & Emergency. Dr Karwal has been practising aesthetic medicine alongside his NHS commitments for several years.
Dr Karwal has undergone training at one of the most prestigious aesthetics schools, Derma Medical.
He is now a top tier clinical trainer at Derma Medical and regularly teaches courses for experienced and new medical professionals in the aesthetic industry.

Dr. Arun, who has a background in emergency medicine, continues to serve in the emergency department even while dedicating the majority of his week at his aesthetic clinic situated in Mayfair. Additionally, he spends one to two days a week working in Kingston. His clientele encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds, all seeking to enhance their facial aesthetics and image.
As of June 2024, Dr. Arun has a remarkable record of over 12,000 treatments under his sleeve. His keen eye for detail has been honed through this extensive experience. He has garnered a reputation for his exceptional proficiency with both needle and cannula.
Dr. Arun adopts a holistic approach to facial aesthetics, emphasising the importance of maintaining natural results and balance. His favourite treatments to administer are tear trough fillers and non-surgical rhinoplasty, given their transformative impact and the level of skill they require.

We currently have two clinics. Our Kingston Aesthetics Clinic is situated between Kingston and Richmond, just a few minutes walk from Bentall’s Centre.
Our Mayfair Aesthetics Clinic is situated in the heart of London, just a few minutes walk from Green Park Station.
